- Cover this batter and leave it for fermentation till next day..
- Then check the consistency of the batter. If it's very thick add little water or that's fine..
- Pour a glass of water in the pressure cooker. Bring it to a boil..
- Take idly plates non-stick or steel. Pour the batter and steam it for 7_8minutes..
- Turn off the flame and check the idly whether it's cooked. Use a small spoon or fork..
- Remove the idly from idly plates using a spoon and plate it for serving.
- Serve it hot with chutney, sambar or idly podi.
