2. उसके बाद हम दाल को एक मिक्सी के जार में डालकर दरदरा सा पेस्ट बना लेंगे।उसके बाद सारे छिले केलो को हम मैश कर देंगे और उसमे पिसा हुआ चना दाल, बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज,हरी मिर्च,और हरा धनिया डाल कर सारी चीजों को अच्छे से मिला लेंगे।.
3. अब हम हाथो पर थोड़ा सा तेल लगा लेंगे जिससे मिच्चर हाथो पर चिपके नहीं,उसके बाद हम मिक्चर में से छोटे बॉल के आकार का एक लोई लेंगे और उसे कबाब का आकार देंगे, ऎसे ही हम सारे कबाब को बना लेंगे।अब हम एक पैन में 2 चम्मच तेल डालकर कबाब को उसमे दोनों तरफ क्रिस्पी होने तक तल लेंगे।ऐसे ही सारे कबाब को बनाकर गरमा गरम प्याज और हरी चटनी के साथ परोसें।.
