  4. Take oil in a pan heat it well and add bay leaf black pepper cloves star anise one pod cardamom..
  5. Now add onion after all threeji above spices are nicely fried..
  6. Fry the onion well till it’s no more raw.
  7. Then add coconut tomato paste all vegetables and mint leaves (I have used mint chutney).
  8. Add rice salt red chilli powder and fry it for a minute..
  9. Add required amount of water and cook it for two whistles..
  10. Serve hot with raita papad pachadi salad or just the pulao..
  11. Garnish with coriander..
