- Place a frying pan, over the low-medium flame & allow it to heat up..
- Then, fry the aforementioned veggies- one by one & take out on a kitchen towel, once done frying (while frying the Bhindi- Add in the salt, turmeric & red chilli powder later on- once well fried, else it’the become soggy & sticky)..
- Garnish- with some black salt sprinkled on them & serve hot to be had with piping hot rice & dal..
