  4. Grind it into a powder, once it cooldown..
  5. Now add 3 tsp ghee and 2 tsp oil in the pressure cooker..
  6. Add mustard seeds, jeera and it must crackle and splutter as soon as added..
  7. Add curry leaves and garlic and fry it once..
  8. Now add onions into it and fry them till it becomes translucent in colour..
  9. Now add chopped tomatoes into it and mix well..

  11. Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt..
  12. Add the rice, toor dal and water and let it boil for some 5 minutes..
  13. Now check the salt and close the lid and pressure cook it for some 5 whistles..
  14. Open the cooker add one tsp ghee and serve hot yummy sambar rice with some fryums..
