  1. In a heavy bottom kadai,take ghee when ghee in warm, fry all Veggies and dry fruits.
  2. Put same kadai on gas, take some ghee, when ghee is hot add jeera,tejpata, badi elaichi and dal chini, roast for 1min.
  3. Add salt and chaat masala. Mix properly. Add fry vegetables and boil rice.add lemon juice. Serve with green chutney.
