  4. When fragrance and colour would come we should add all ingredients in the pan. Then again we should saute it until the colour would be changed. Then add all the batter should be thick and stick to the pan..
  5. Our jam is ready..
  6. Serve it with paranthas. Really it's very yummy..

You can use any variety of raw mangoes for making launji but I prefer using rajapuri or any variety which is slightly less sour in taste.
